Step 1 - contact us to start product design
Fill out 'Get In Touch' form describing what design you are looking for.
Give us as much detail as it is possible.
For example:
charms, beads, rhinestones, silver, gold, shine, mat, light, dark, small pieces, bigger pieces, special occasion, Halloween theme, Christmas theme, wedding theme, glam, quirky.

Step 2. - design finalization and payment
Once both parties agreed on final design, Leeloo's team send you instructions on how to make a payment.

Step 3. - production and shipment 
As soon as payment goes through, production starts.
Production normally takes up to two business days.
In busy periods it can take up to 4 weeks for your case to be delivered.
